Comfort Inn & Suites Hawthorne

My recent stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Hawthorne was pleasant overall. The pool was a standout feature, and I appreciated the spacious room with convenient amenities. The staff, particularly Rosalie and the front desk team, were very helpful. A few minor improvements could enhance the experience further.

The location was ideal and the staff, especially Rosalie, were top-notch. The rooms were clean with extra amenities and a cozy corner to unwind. Breakfast had a nice selection, but some staff were inconsistent. A bit of dust in the breakfast area and firm beds were minor drawbacks. Overall, a pleasant stay worth recommending.

The room was outstanding and large, had television with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe.

The location was magnificent, close enough to the highway as well as the hill.

The staff, especially Joe, were excellent and went out of their way to make our late check-in smooth and comfortable. a great stay.

The duvet cover was missing, which made it inconvenient as it kept coming out during the night. Breakfast time was supposed to start at 7:00 am but staff seemed eager to finish serving early, leaving some guests without breakfast.

They were understanding when we needed to change our reservation and even allowed us to have an extra guest in our room. The rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel also had a pool that was clean and a nice outdoor seating area. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the value for money.
